Hydralazine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 02, 2007. Male patient, 71 years of age, weighting 153.9 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Hydralazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose fluctuation, blood pressure increased, cardiac failure congestive, coronary artery disease What is  coronary artery disease, dermatitis acneiform, dizziness What is  dizziness, joint swelling, pulmonary oedema, rash pruritic. Hydralazine dosage: 50 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COREG, ALDACTONE, NORVASC, LASIX, DIOVAN, LOTENSIN, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthma What is  asthma, atrial fibrillation What is  atrial fibrillation, cardiac failure congestive, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, dyspnoea, dyspnoea exertional, oedema genital, oedema peripheral, pneumonia What is  pneumonia. Hydralazine dosage: (50 MG ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with VERAPAMIL HYDROCHLORIDE, RANITIDINE, AZMACORT, ALBUTEROL SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
