Hycamtin side effect was reported by a Physician from SWEDEN on Mar 19, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with ovarian cancer metastatic and was treated with Hycamtin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ileus, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia. Hycamtin dosage: 1.5MGM2 PER DAY. Patient died.
