Horizon side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Nov 01, 2007. Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Horizon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, liver disorder, nutritional condition abnormal, pancreatitis. Horizon dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOGMATYL, PAXIL, AMOBAN. Patient died on 01/01/2007.

During the same period patient was treated with DOGMATYL, PAXIL, AMOBAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
