Horizon Side Effects Report #5207132-9
Horizon side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Dec 30, 2006. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with sedation, tetanus  and was treated with Horizon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deep vein thrombosis , pulmonary embolism . Horizon dosage: DAILY DOSE: 15 MG DIVIDED INTO 6 DOSES.. During the same period patient was treated with PENICILLIN G, ADSORBED TETANUS TOXOID, ANTITETANUS IMMUNOGLOBULINECTION, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, GASTER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with sedation, tetanus , angina pectoris, prophylaxis and was treated with Horizon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deep vein thrombosis , pulmonary embolism . Horizon dosage: DAILY DOSE: 15 MG DIVIDED INTO 6 DOSES.. During the same period patient was treated with PENICILLIN G, ADSORBED TETANUS TOXOID, ANTITETANUS IMMUNOGLOBULINECTION, ITOROL, GASTER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PENICILLIN, ADSORBED TETANUS TOXOID, ANTITETANUS IMMUNOGLOBULINECTION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
