Horizon side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Jan 27, 2006. Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with convulsion prophylaxis and was treated with Horizon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , cerebral atrophy, cerebral infarction, depressed level of consciousness, injury asphyxiation, tetanus , vomiting. Horizon dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEPETAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with subcutaneous abscess, hypercholesterolaemia, hypertension and was treated with Horizon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest , cerebral infarction, convulsion, disseminated intravascular coagulation, glossoptosis, heart rate increased, hepatitis fulminant, platelet count decreased. Horizon dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFZON, LOXONIN, CYTOTEC, LOCHOL, BLOPRESS, CALBLOCK. Patient recovered.
