Herbesser Side Effects Report #5775759-1
Herbesser side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on May 23, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with prinzmetal angina, headache , nasopharyngitis and was treated with Herbesser. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, disease recurrence, genital rash, headache , nasopharyngitis, oral mucosal eruption, overdose. Herbesser dosage: (DF ORAL), (100 MG ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with HERBESSER R, BROMHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, BROMHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, BROMHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, BROMHEXINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient was diagnosed with blood pressure increased, cerebral infarction, convulsion prophylaxis and was treated with Herbesser. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, apnoea, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood pressure increased, cerebral infarction, depressed level of consciousness, dyslalia, gait disturbance. Herbesser dosage: 360 MG QD INTRAVENOUS DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT, ALEVIATIN, GLYCEOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/09/2008.

Male patient was diagnosed with blood pressure increased, cerebral infarction, convulsion prophylaxis and was treated with Herbesser. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, cardiac failure, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic congestion, hepatic function abnormal, infection . Herbesser dosage: (360 MG QD INTRAVENOUS DRIP). During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT, ALEVIATIN, GLYCEOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/09/2008.
