Hectorol side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Jan 31, 2005. Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 165.3 lb, was diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism secondary and was treated with Hectorol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, atrial fibrillation , back pain , cerebrovascular accident, coagulopathy, diabetes mellitus, difficulty in walking, epistaxis, hypothyroidism. Hectorol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, AVANDIA, FOLIC ACID, LEVOTHYROXINE, QUINADINE GLUCONATE, WARAFIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
