Female patient, 76 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with colonoscopy  and was treated with Halflytely. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clavicle fracture, dizziness , fall , hyperhidrosis, loss of consciousness, nausea , neck pain. Halflytely dosage: 20 MG/8 OZ, 1X, PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
