Halflytely Side Effects Report #5562794-1
Halflytely side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 06, 2007. Female patient, 53 years of age, weighting 138.0 lb, was diagnosed with colonoscopy  and was treated with Halflytely. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colitis ischaemic, colonic polyp , large intestinal ulcer. Halflytely dosage: 20 MG/2 L, 1X, PO. During the same period patient was treated with METHADONE. Patient recovered.

Halflytely dosage: 20 MG/2L, 1X, PO. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, NEURONTIN, VYTORIN, LORTAB, HYZAAR, CLONIDINE. Patient recovered.

Halflytely dosage: 20 MG/2L, 1X, PO. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, NEUTONTIN, VYTORIN, LORTAB, HYZAAR, CLONIDINE. Patient recovered.
