Halcion Side Effects Report #4788913-2
Halcion side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 21, 2005. Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with insomnia and was treated with Halcion. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, asterixis, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood thyroid stimulating hormone increased, disorientation, emotional distress, encephalitis , gaze palsy. Halcion dosage: 0.25 MG (0.25 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PRAVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
