Male patient, 35 years of age, was diagnosed with shock haemorrhagic and was treated with Haemocomplettan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anti-hbc antibody positive, anti-hbs antibody positive, thrombocytopenia, transmission of an infectious agent via a medicinal product. Haemocomplettan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KYBERNIN P, BERIPLEX P, RED BLOOD CELLS, FRESH FROZEN PLASMA, COAGULATION PRODUCTS. Patient recovered.
