Guaifenesin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on June 18, 2008. Male patient, 51 years of age, weighting 291.5 lb, was diagnosed with cough and was treated with Guaifenesin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: incorrect dose administered, syncope. Guaifenesin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
