Male patient, 68 years of age, weighting 139.0 lb, was diagnosed with cough and was treated with Guaifenesin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: faecaloma, infection , oliguria. Guaifenesin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
