Grtpa side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Feb 01, 2007. Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with ischaemic stroke and was treated with Grtpa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, brain herniation, brain oedema, cardiac arrest , mydriasis, respiratory disorder. Grtpa dosage: 30 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with MANNITOL, DECADRON, DOPAMINE, RADICUT. Patient died on 03/03/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, brain herniation, brain oedema, cardiac arrest , mydriasis, respiration abnormal. Grtpa dosage: 30 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with MANNITOL, DECADRON, DOPAMINE, RADICUT. Patient died on 03/03/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, blood pressure increased, brain herniation, brain oedema, mydriasis, pupillary reflex impaired, pupils unequal, respiratory failure. Grtpa dosage: 33.1 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died.

Grtpa dosage: 33.1 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE, FAMOTIDINE, DIAZEPAM, RADICUT, GLYCEOL. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, brain herniation, brain oedema, carotid artery occlusion, cerebral artery embolism, cerebral infarction, depressed level of consciousness, mydriasis, pupillary reflex impaired. Grtpa dosage: 33.1 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE, FAMOTIDINE, DIAZEPAM, RADICUT, GLYCEOL. Patient died.
