Grtpa Side Effects Report #5170156-4
Grtpa side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Nov 28, 2006. Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction and was treated with Grtpa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, cardiac disorder, cardio-respiratory arrest, haematocrit decreased, international normalised ratio decreased, ventricular tachycardia. Grtpa dosage: 39.4 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT. Patient died on 09/29/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain oedema, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, international normalised ratio decreased, no therapeutic response, platelet count decreased, red blood cell count decreased. Grtpa dosage: 30.1 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, RADICUT, ZANTAC. Patient died on 02/15/2007.

. Grtpa dosage: 29 ML SINGLE INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with LACTATED RINGER, ARGATROBAN, DOPAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PIPERACILLIN, RADICUT, ISOTONIC SOLUTION. Patient died on 09/26/2006.
