Grtpa side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Feb 01, 2007. Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with ischaemic stroke and was treated with Grtpa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, brain herniation, brain oedema, cardiac arrest , mydriasis, respiratory disorder. Grtpa dosage: 30 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with MANNITOL, DECADRON, DOPAMINE, RADICUT. Patient died on 03/03/2006.

Grtpa dosage: 30 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with MANNITOL, DECADRON, DOPAMINE, RADICUT. Patient died on 03/03/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cerebral infarction, dialysis , haemorrhagic cerebral infarction, heart rate decreased, renal failure, respiratory arrest. Grtpa dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIBIOTIC, UNASYN, SULBACTAM. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, blood pressure decreased, brain stem infarction, depressed level of consciousness, haematocrit decreased, hemiplegia, international normalised ratio decreased, platelet count decreased, pneumonia . Grtpa dosage: 29 ML SINGLE INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with LACTATED RINGER, ARGATROBAN, DOPAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PIPERACILLIN, RADICUT, ISOTONIC SOLUTION. Patient died on 09/26/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, blood pressure increased, brain herniation, brain oedema, mydriasis, pupillary reflex impaired, pupils unequal, respiratory failure. Grtpa dosage: 33.1 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died.
