Grtpa Side Effects Report #5291105-4
Grtpa side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Mar 28, 2007. Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction and was treated with Grtpa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, blood pressure decreased, brain stem infarction, depressed level of consciousness, haematocrit decreased, hemiplegia, international normalised ratio decreased, platelet count decreased, pneumonia . Grtpa dosage: 29 ML SINGLE INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with LACTATED RINGER, ARGATROBAN, DOPAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PIPERACILLIN, RADICUT, ISOTONIC SOLUTION. Patient died on 09/26/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, blood glucose increased, blood pressure increased, haemoglobin decreased, haemorrhagic cerebral infarction, platelet count decreased, red blood cell count decreased, transient ischaemic attack, vocal cord paralysis. Grtpa dosage: 28.8 MG, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with RADICUT, GLYCEOL, VERAPAMIL, METILDIGOXIN, HEPARIN, LAFUTIDINE, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
