Grtpa side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Feb 21, 2007. Male patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral artery embolism and was treated with Grtpa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, arrhythmia , aspartate aminotransferase increased, atrial fibrillation , blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, cardiac failure, condition aggravated, hepatic function abnormal, platelet count decreased. Grtpa dosage: 29 ML, SINGLE, INTRAVENOUS. Patient died on 10/28/2006.
