Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was diagnosed with pancreatic neoplasm and was treated with Granisetron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anaemia, asthenia, platelet count decreased, pyrexia. Granisetron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AVASTIN, DEXAMETHASONE, OXALIPLATIN, LEUCOVORIN CALCIUM, FLUOROURACIL, PROTONIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis, thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Granisetron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, malaise, pyrexia, rash , skin exfoliation, skin oedema, tachycardia. Granisetron dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AUGMENTIN, DICLOFENAC, ENOXAPARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
