Male patient, 26 years of age, weighting 125.7 lb, was diagnosed with sinus headache and was treated with Goody. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, anorexia, asthenia, constipation , dependence, dyspepsia, fatigue, gastric ulcer. Goody dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WELLBUTRIN, ACIPHEX, KRISTALOSE, ULTRACET, ZESTRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Goody dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WELLBUTRIN, ACIPHEX, KRISTALOSE, ULTRACET, ZESTRIL, NEURONTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CRESTOR. Patient recovered.
