Gonal side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on June 04, 2008. Female patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with assisted fertilisation and was treated with Gonal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, arthralgia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bone pain, liver disorder, myalgia, neck pain. Gonal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DYDROGESTERONE, TRETINOIN, MEFENAMIC ACID, CLOMID, PUREGON, CHORIONIC GONADOTROPIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Gonal side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from TURKEY on Sept 26, 2008. Female patient, 32 years of age, weighting 99.21 lb, was diagnosed with assisted fertilisation and was treated with Gonal. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal discomfort, abortion missed, ascites, factor v leiden mutation, jugular vein thrombosis, nausea , neck pain, oedema peripheral, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Gonal dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CHORIONIC GONADTROPIN, LEUPROLIDE ACETATE, CRINONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
