Gmcsf side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 03, 2007. Male patient was diagnosed with prostate cancer  and was treated with Gmcsf. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal disorder, dehydration, pulmonary oedema. Gmcsf dosage: 500 MG DAYS 1-4 SC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 09/30/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: citrobacter infection, confusional state, culture urine positive, dehydration, diarrhoea, infrequent bowel movements, klebsiella infection. Gmcsf dosage: 250MG/M2 QD X14DAYS SQ AND OFF FOR NEXT 14 DAYS. During the same period patient was treated with LUPRON, NEXIUM, ALLOPURINOL, CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS, FLOMAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dehydration, disease progression, fatigue, urinary tract infection . Gmcsf dosage: 250MG/M2 QD X 14 DAYS FOLLOWED BY 14 DAYS OF REST SQ OFF STUDY 10/3/08. During the same period patient was treated with ZETIA, NEXIUM, TOPROL, LIPITOR, ISOSORBIDE, FOLIC ACID, ALTACE, NORVASC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
