Male patient, 70 years of age, weighting 160.3 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Glyburide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bladder neoplasm surgery, hypoglycaemia, obstruction, renal failure. Glyburide dosage: 5 MG AM, 2.5 MG PM. During the same period patient was treated with FLOMAX, PHENAZOPYRIDINE, ADVIL, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
