Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Glyburide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , hypoglycaemia, international normalised ratio increased. Glyburide dosage: 10 MG BID. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, ZOCOR, TOPIRAMATE, SPIRONOLACTONE, FOSINOPRIL, ASPIRIN, PLAVIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
