Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, prophylaxis, hypertension and was treated with Glucovance. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoglycaemia, syncope. Glucovance dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLIMEPIRIDE, INSULIN, TICLOPIDINE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
