After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myocardial infarction. Glucovance dosage: FORM = 5/500MG. During the same period patient was treated with LESCOL, TOPROL, ASPIRIN, ALTACE, NITROGLYCERIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
