After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, fatigue, heart rate irregular, hypoventilation, myalgia. Glucovance dosage: FORM = TABLET (2.5/500MG PER TABLET). During the same period patient was treated with LANOXIN, PREVACID, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE. Patient recovered.
