Male patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, hypertension and was treated with Glucovance. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , mouth ulceration, myocardial infarction, vertigo. Glucovance dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROPRANOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/21/2006.
