Female patient, 83 years of age, weighting 174.0 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus and was treated with Glucotrol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve stenosis, atrial fibrillation , ileostomy, thrombosis, weight decreased. Glucotrol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, NEXIUM, MUCINEX, ZOLOFT, CALCIUM, ACTONEL, VITAMIN, VITAMIN D. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
