Female patient, 68 years of age, weighting 270.0 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, depression What is  depression, neuropathy and was treated with Glucotrol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure inadequately controlled, body height decreased, burning sensation, cardiac failure, condition aggravated, coronary artery occlusion, depression What is  depression, diabetes mellitus inadequate control, disease recurrence. Glucotrol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT, GABAPENTIN, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, GUAIFENESIN, DYAZIDE, ALBUTEROL SULPHATE HFA, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, VALSARTAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
