Female patient, weighting 124.8 lb, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Glucotrol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, cerebrovascular accident, gastrointestinal haemorrhage. Glucotrol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, COZAAR, METFORMIN, ACTOS. Patient died on 10/23/2008.
