Glucosamine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on May 19, 2006. Male patient, 85 years of age, weighting 194.0 lb, was diagnosed with arthritis
, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, analgesic effect, hypertension and was treated with Glucosamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: barrett's oesophagus, haematemesis. Glucosamine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LANSOPRAZOLE, PARACETAMOL, AMLODIPINE, PLAVIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
