Female patient, weighting 145.0 lb, was diagnosed with arthritis  and was treated with Glucosamine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysuria, urethral haemorrhage, urinary incontinence . Glucosamine dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
