Glucobay Side Effects Report #4553404-0
Glucobay side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Dec 27, 2004. Female patient, 53 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent, hypercholesterolaemia, hypertension and was treated with Glucobay. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, haematemesis, liver disorder. Glucobay dosage: 100 MG, TID, ORAL; 300 MG, TOTAL DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, MICARDIS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
