Glucobay Side Effects Report #5576220-X
Glucobay side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Dec 17, 2007. Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 103.6 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, angina pectoris, upper respiratory tract inflammation and was treated with Glucobay. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: altered state of consciousness, dysarthria, glycosylated haemoglobin increased, hypoglycaemia, malaise, muscular weakness, nausea What is  nausea, oral intake reduced. Glucobay dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 50 MG UNIT DOSE: 50 MG. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, WARFARIN, PARAMIDIN, GLIMICRON, ITOROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
