Glivec side effect was reported by a Physician from DENMARK on Mar 20, 2007. Female patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia, hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Glivec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, cardiotoxicity, chronic myeloid leukaemia, gait disturbance, hepatic enzyme abnormal, rhabdomyolysis. Glivec dosage: 200 MG/DAY, ORAL, ORAL, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN, NEXIUM, CENTYL, RAMIPRIL, HJERTEMAGNYL DAK, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Glivec side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on June 09, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Glivec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: areflexia, chest discomfort, condition aggravated, demyelinating polyneuropathy, gait disturbance, hypoaesthesia, muscle atrophy, muscle spasms, paraesthesia. Glivec dosage: 300 MG DAILY. Patient recovered.
