Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 268.0 lb, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder, diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Glipizide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancreatitis, weight decreased. Glipizide dosage: (10 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BYETTA, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ZOCOR, LOTENSIN, GLUCOPHAGE, ASPIRIN, VIAGRA. Patient recovered.
