Glipizide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on May 26, 2005. Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 248.0 lb, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent and was treated with Glipizide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, blood glucose decreased, mental status changes, screaming. Glipizide dosage: 5 MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, FOSINOPRIL, SIMVASTATIN, TERAZOSIN. Patient recovered.
