After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, erythema nodosum. Glipizide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CELECOXIB, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, PREDNISONE, CADUET, MAXZIDE, PERCOCET, LANTUS, HUMALOG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
