After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident. Glipizide dosage: 10 MG (10 MG, 1 IN 1 D). During the same period patient was treated with TIOTROPIUM BROMIDE, CETIRIZINE, RANITIDINE, ADVAIR DISKUS, MUCINEX, ALBUTEROL, MONTELUKAST, METFORMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
