Glimepiride Side Effects Report #5960075-5
Glimepiride side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 19, 2008. Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Glimepiride. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose decreased, eating disorder , facial palsy, flushing, hypoaesthesia, paraesthesia, renal failure acute, unresponsive to stimuli. Glimepiride dosage: 4 MG PO QD. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, COLACE, LOPRESSOR, MORPHINE, SENNA, ZOFRAN, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
