Glimepiride side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SWEDEN on Mar 06, 2009. Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 229.7 lb, was diagnosed with overweight, type 2 diabetes mellitus, dyslipidaemia, hypertension, cardiovascular event prophylaxis and was treated with Glimepiride. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cold sweat, glycosylated haemoglobin increased, hypertension, nausea What is  nausea, nystagmus. Glimepiride dosage: DOSE: TITRATED DOSE BETWEEN 1 MG AND 6 MG. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, SIMVASTATIN, ENALAPRIL, SELOKEN, TROMBYL, IMPUGAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
