Gliclazide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on July 18, 2006. Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, diabetes mellitus inadequate control and was treated with Gliclazide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: circulatory collapse, hypoglycaemia. Gliclazide dosage: 160 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, AMITRIPTYLINELET, PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE, SIMVASTATIN, BUDESONIDE, BUDENOSIDE MICRONISED, FORMOTEROL, FORMOTEROL FUMARATE DIHYDRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: circulatory collapse, hypoglycaemia. Gliclazide dosage: 160 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, AMITRIPTYLINE, PERINDOPRIL, SIMVASTATIN, SYMBICORT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
