After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypoglycaemic coma, hypotension, metabolic acidosis, renal failure, renal failure acute. Glibenclamide dosage: DOSE: 3 DOSE FORM 1 X PER DAY/27.5 MG. During the same period patient was treated with ENAPREN, CIPROXIN. Patient recovered.
