Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, arthralgia and was treated with Glibenclamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemodialysis, lactic acidosis, metabolic acidosis, renal failure acute. Glibenclamide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, LEVOTHYROXINE, CAPTOPRIL, DICLOFENAC, NAPROXEN, ROFECOXIB. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
