Glibenclamide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SPAIN on Jan 16, 2008. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus and was treated with Glibenclamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , metabolic acidosis, renal failure acute. Glibenclamide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, RAMIPRIL, DILTIAZEM, METFORMIN, NITROGLYCERIN, CLOPIDOGREL, TORSEMIDE, TRIMETAZIDINE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest , metabolic acidosis, renal failure acute. Glibenclamide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN, RAMIPRIL, DILTIAZEM, METFORMIN, NITROGLYCERIN, CLOPIDOGREL, TORSEMIDE, TRIMETAZIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
