Glibenclamide side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on May 05, 2003. Male patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus non-insulin-dependent, schizoaffective disorder and was treated with Glibenclamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety What is  anxiety, confusional state, derealisation, fatigue, fear, hypoglycaemia, loss of consciousness, major depression. Glibenclamide dosage: 1.25 MG, BID;. During the same period patient was treated with SERTRALINE, RISPERIDONE, BENZTROPEINE, FUROSEMIDE. Patient recovered.
