Gliadel side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 17, 2006. Male patient, weighting 275.6 lb, was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme and was treated with Gliadel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: balance disorder, blood urea increased, confusional state, fatigue, gait disturbance, hydrocephalus , malaise, nausea , procedural site reaction. Gliadel dosage: 7.7 MG PER WAFER ONCE IV. During the same period patient was treated with COUMADIN, TOPROL, CADUET, PRILOSEC, CENTRUM SILVER. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
