After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol use, coma, suicide attempt. Gladem dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOPICLONE, MIRTAZAPINE, ALCOHOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
