Gladem side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Feb 09, 2005. Female patient, 18 years of age, was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and was treated with Gladem. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide, injury asphyxiation. Gladem dosage: 150 MG (50 MG), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CARBAMAZEPINE, PROTHIPENDYL HYDROCHLORIDE, RISPERIDONE, MEPROBAMATE, FLUMAZENIL, CHARCOAL. Patient died on 09/12/2004.
